Casasola Villa has breathtaking beaches with a house that offers the usual luxurious qualities and has ample outdoor space both around the pool and the purpose-built BBQ area, as well as large garden/lawn area for young children. The pool can be heated and is gated, which provides families with that extra safeguard for young children. The garden and pool areas, together with the BBQ/Bar area make for easy outdoor living and dining.

 

The house has a very good distribution with an easy flow. All the bedrooms are of a good size, with ample wardrobe space and it is bright throughout the house.

 

Each of the 6 bedrooms has hot and cold air-conditioning, dedicated heating for the winter months as well as ceiling fans for the summer months, so all in all, everyone will be more than comfortable.

 

The ground floor consists of the well-appointed kitchen, with easy access to the dining and living areas. Also, on the ground floor are 3 en-suite bedrooms as well as a guest WC.

 

On the upper floor are 3 more bedrooms, one of which is en-suite and the other two share a perfectly sized bathroom.

Not to mention the attractive range of sporting activities available to tourists in this aquatic environment. This beach – side community is very well maintained and the streets going down to the beach are safe to walk and it lies just to the west of the well-known Puerto Banus.
